Responsible Gambling
Racing should be entertainment, not a way to make money. HK Racing AI provides information and analysis only and takes no bets.
Where we stand
- AI win probabilities are model estimates, not guarantees. Even the AI top pick, the runner with the highest chance, loses most of its races.
- Our public record shows every result, win or lose, but the sample is still small and past results do not predict future ones.
- The site is for people aged 18 or over. In Hong Kong, people under 18 may not bet.
- In Hong Kong, betting is legal only through the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Betting with illegal bookmakers is against the law and gives you no protection.
Staying in control
- Set a budget before you start, bet only what you can afford to lose, and stop when it is gone.
- Don't chase losses, and never borrow or use living money to bet.
- Set a time limit so racing doesn't eat into work, family or rest.
- Don't bet when you are low, after drinking or under stress.
- Use the Hong Kong Jockey Club's responsible gambling tools, such as betting limits.
Signs of a problem
- Spending more money or time on betting than you can control
- Betting more to win back what you have lost
- Hiding betting, borrowing or debts from family
- Betting affecting your work, studies, family or mood
