Terms of Use

By using HK Racing AI (hkracing.live, the "site") you agree to these terms. The site is run by OddsFlow ("we", "us").

1. What we provide. The site provides free Hong Kong horse racing data, statistics and AI analysis, including race cards, odds, results, dividends, horse, jockey and trainer records, draw statistics, AI win probabilities and a public record. The same data is available through our MCP interface (hkracing.live/mcp).
2. Information only, not betting advice. Everything on the site is information and analysis. AI win probabilities are model estimates, not guarantees, and past results do not predict future ones. Any decision you make based on the site is at your own risk.
3. We take no bets. We do not accept bets, place bets for anyone or handle any betting money. In Hong Kong, betting is legal only through the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
4. Age. The site is for people aged 18 or over.
5. Data sources and accuracy. Data comes from the Hong Kong Jockey Club's public information and is compiled by us. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted; the Jockey Club's official figures always prevail.
6. Sealed predictions. AI predictions are sealed at the off of each race. Afterwards we only add the settlement; predictions are never changed. See the method page for details.
7. How you may use the site. You may browse, quote and share the site's content for personal use; please credit us and link back when you quote. Without our written consent you may not bulk-scrape the site for commercial use, or interfere with the site or the MCP service.
8. Third-party links. The site links to third-party services, such as @Oddsflowjockey_bot on Telegram and the Hong Kong Jockey Club's website. They are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the site, including any betting loss.
10. Intellectual property. The site's design, text, statistics and AI analysis belong to OddsFlow. Rights in Hong Kong Jockey Club data remain with their owners.
11. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date on this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
